Angelica presents a program of medieval, renaissance and contemporary music celebrating the wonder and beauty of the Christmas season. Featured works include 13th-century devotional songs from the Cortona Codex, medieval English carols accompanied by portative organ, modern settings of Ave Maria by William Hawley and Miklós Kocsár, and John Tavener's The Lamb.
